Harvey County

Master Gardeners Volunteer Program is a vital part of K-State Research and Extension Horticulture program in Harvey County.

Donating time in return for horticultural training, Master Gardeners help our county agents meet the need for horticultural information in our communities. The means of providing this information is diverse.

Master Gardeners in Kansas donated over 75,000 hours during 2008 for a total value of well over 1.2 million dollars.

Contact Scott Eckert at the Office at 284-6930  or email at seckert@ksu.edu to find out to be a Master Gardener.
