Pickle Power

All 4-H'ers are encouraged to take part in this activity, whether you're presenting something at 4-H Days or just came to watch.

In a pickle? Participate in practice sessions on "Pickle Power" Saturday while you are attending Club Days. Pickle Power is really a decision making contest. Everyone makes decisions, some result in happier endings than others. Pickle Power is designed to help you think through a problem or a situation and come up with an answer that fits you. Some of the problems may be about part time jobs, buying a car, dating, problems with friends, or getting along with mom & dad.

This is how the contest will work. When you come to Club Days, register for a time to present your problem solution. We will have the problems printed and you may pick them up at the registration table. You may work with them at your leisure until your appointed time to present your solution. You will then give an oral presentation. We're allowing 10 minutes for each presentation which will include time for the judge to ask questions also.
